The flood lights on this is as if Jesus has landed at 3 am and light up the city. You need a whole system to set this up - call ring and find out . It’s not plug and go, the cost of installation is more than the camera. It’s very good once it’s up and running. Sound / video & talk back feature .

The camera hardware is solid, but without a subscription it’s almost useless. Without paying at least USD 10/month, if you have more than one camera, you only get live view – no video storage, no history, no real functionality beyond watching in real time. Even worse, Ring has repeatedly increased subscription prices over the years, making it more expensive to keep using basic features that should be standard. This business model feels like an ongoing cash grab rather than delivering real value to loyal customers.
