I've been using this for few days now and it's been very useful. It really helps activating my muscles before my workout.Before, it takes me at least 15 to 20 minutes to warm up the muscle group I'm targeting at that day. While, just 5 minutes of this on targeted muscle group and I can go straight to the working sets. Since you can dig to the hidden muscles, remarkable pump!

Been using it for a week now. Great alternative to the more expensive massage guns out there... it serves the exact same purpose and is 1000 times cheaper. Battery lasts quite some time around 3 to 4 days of heavy use.

Hello. Just opened my new massage gun from Renpho to find out that it does not work and it does not even have a operations manual inside. Very very dissapointed. I need a refund or a new massage gun
