It is the first time that I use water floss. It’s been a couple of days and I am still trying to figure it out. I splash water everywhere and finish the whole tank in one sitting. The pressure is very powerful so don’t underestimate it or you’ll hurt yourself. I have always thought that I brushed my teeth properly. But it’s only since I use this water floss that I noticed that I was wrong, I saw tiny pieces of food being removed. So indeed, I can say it is cleaning very well and is a great addition to my oral hygiene. I recommend it

I recently purchased water flossing with high hopes of improving my oral hygiene routine. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular product has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just a couple of months of use, the device started malfunctioning, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. To begin with, the charging functionality proved to be a significant issue. After the initial charge, the device stopped accepting any further charges, rendering it useless without a power source. Even when I managed to charge it, the battery would drain instantly, making it impossible to use the flossing for an extended period of time. This constant need for recharging quickly became an annoyance, and it severely hindered the device's effectiveness. Adding to the frustration, the water flossier began working spontaneously and would not stop. There were instances when I turned it on, only to find it difficult to switch off again. This not only wasted precious battery life but also posed a potential safety risk. One of the most disappointing aspects of this product is the lack of warranty and absence of a service center for support. When a product malfunctions within such a short span of time, it's only reasonable to expect some sort of assistance or repair option. However, with no warranty coverage or dedicated service center to turn to, I felt completely stranded and left to deal with the defective product on my own. Considering the numerous issues I encountered and the lack of support options, I cannot recommend this teeth water flossing pump to anyone. Its inability to hold a charge, the uncontrollable working mechanism, and the absence of warranty or service center make it an unreliable and frustrating purchase. I would strongly advise potential buyers to explore alternative options with reputable brands that offer better quality and customer support.

One of the best gadgets I bought. It's actually something use every day now. It thoroughly cleans the gum and teeth with a high water pressure. Quality and build are excellent.

I am changing my review as I discovered that the machine stopped working because I did change it with wrong charger. I am buying it again because the water pressure you can get is strong enough to remove all between teeth

I’ve never used a water flosser before and this one is very good. As a tip first press M to select your mode then point to teeth and turn on. Super powerful and great if You don’t like the feeling of regular floss

I am a dentist, I really advice all my patients to buy a water irrigator and start using it right after scaling and polishing treatment, it will help keeping the gingiva clean and disturb the food between your teeth before brushing, anyway i did my research and tried this product from renpho, at the beginning i liked it, it's a good machine and does it's job, i also adviced some of my patients to buy it, and i bought 2 more after, however the first product i bought stopped working recently, it worked well for the past 4 months but such product with such price should have had a longer lifespan. I am disappointed and will find another product with warranty. Not saying that you shouldn't buy it, don't get me wrong it's a good device and the other 2 i bought are working well, but also concider warranty when buying such products.

Everything was very neatly packed and delivered safe and sound, I checked everything right away - the irrigator was charged and working. Now it's the second week of use (from November 12th) and I'm so happy that I finally bought an irrigator - I took too long to get there! Now I can't even imagine how to be without him. Feelings after use are like professional teeth cleaning - as if you cleaned everything to perfection and left nothing! This week, I have never charged it yet, we use it together with my husband, the water tank is small - there is not enough for one cleaning, but I don’t think this is a problem - I just opened the small lid and filled in water again, no discomfort. The set includes 5 attachments, a charger and a travel case. Thanks for the quality product!

It does take a little while to get used to - don’t despair if you don’t get it right the first few times. I initially thought that I wasn’t able to get my back teeth/molars and that it only worked for my front teeth but I just wasn’t angling it/using it right. My teeth are very close together and the gaps are too small for piksters etc so I was concerned this wouldn’t work but even on the ‘soft’ setting the pressure is enough to get in there thoroughly and clean between all my teeth. And it’s just SO EASY. Faster than flossing with dental floss, it’s not painful, I’m really happy with this purchase. I did a lot of research before I purchased this and I’m really glad I did. The only downside is how often you have to refill the water tank - but that becomes less of an issue when you get better/faster at using it. Would recommend and would buy again.

This is my first time using a water pick. I have trouble with food stuck between my teeth. My dentist told me to use interdental brushes. They work great, picked out lots of gunk that flossing missed, but they're very slow, only removing a tiny piece at a time. After spending 5+ minutes a day just on the interdental brushes alone, I decided to try water flossers. I figured I'd try this cheap model and upgrade if I found it useful. This model is great! It's easy to learn and maintain, it's effective, and it's very powerful. Too powerful, in fact. It hasn't 100% replaced interdental brushes, but most days flossing + this are enough. The low mode is still too powerful. The manual mode can go lower, but it's not perfect, the first pulse is always stronger before it switches to the correct power. I have to start it before putting it in my mouth. The max power is extremely strong and even hurts my fingers. I don't know how anyone can use it in their mouth! Of course, what works strongly depends on the shape of your mouth and teeth and other personal factors. I think your teeth gaps must just be the right size to trap food, let water through, and not be easy to floss/brush for this to be useful. But for the price, this is very capable and worth a try.

Plus efficace qu'un fil dentaire et surtout beaucoup plus rapide à utiliser, je suis ravi de mon achat. Attention la première fois à mettre le mode soft, le mode normal m'a fait mal, car ça décolle la plaque interdentaire. Les premières fois beaucoup de saignement puis au fur et à mesure que la plaque part, c'est de moins en moins douloureux et il y a moins de saignement. Pratique à remplir, la contenance de 300ml est suffisant pour un nettoyage, en général j'utilise les 2/3 du réservoir. Le design est sympa et ma femme veut bien que je le laisse sur le plan de toilette :)

Daha önce spiral kordonlu başka bir cihaz kullanıyordum. O cihaz 5-6 ayda bozulmuştu, çünkü kordonun cihaza olan bağlantı noktasında kopma olmuştu. (Kordonlu cihazların zayıf noktası budur, cihazın geri kalanı sapasağlamdı.) O nedenle bu kordonsuz modeli seçtim ve gerçekten kaliteli bir ürün çıktı.
