Creality3D Ender 3 pro High Precision 3D Printer

I gave up 3D Printing after the nightmare of leveling using an XYZ printer, and this Ender 3 Pro is just amazing - my first print was perfect (3DBenchy using the included filament) - better than anything I ever printed before.It is largely built, but does require some assembly, which can be challenging given how horrifically poor the included documentation is. Fear not, a quick Youtube search will give you many very good step by step instructions to help you build it right - I made some obvious mistakes, but not to worry, easy to undo and fix to get to the right point.One super important tip is that you need to have an earthed plug, that actually connects to earth (in the UAE/UK that the big pin), unless you enjoy unexpected electric shocks. The plug included in my UAE purchase is the EU plug, fortunately I had a spare UAE/UK earthed "kettle" plug to use.Before you print, make sure you level the print bed, follow those instructions in whatever Youtube video you follow for assembly.Another tip is that this is an open build, so avoid ABS filaments unless you really understand what you need to print using that particular material. PLA is fantastic and works out of the box.And a final thought, if you have a Raspberry Pi lying around, install the OctoPi distribution with (Octoprint) and connect this to enable remote and wireless management - such a time-saver, don't need to connect PC directly to the printer or keep shuffling SD cards.

In overall this product is a 5 star, although I had some comments :1- only one extra nozzle provided.2- no USB cable provided for firmware upgrade.3- the sample prints provided in the Micro SD are corrupted and doesn’t have the filament stepper motor required code after 3-4 mm layer of z axis printing.4- the printer as many other printers requires leveling and some skills to tube and calibrate not only the bed but some wheels are extra tight and I notice some marks on wheels due to this.5- location of spool will cause tension on the filament entry to the first point entry at extrusion assembly6- the fan noise is extremely high, and there are much better quality fans that could have been usedPros1- this is really silent stepper motor due to the main board upgrade already included without any dampers.2- the precision is admirable with great finishing.3- modular design makes it easy to replace faulty parts.4- spare parts are found on amazon easily, with good price.5- many upgrades can be found to enhance cons of this device.6- this printer model is well known and now many are able to support you with a quick search online.7- the bed material design magnetic concept is great and makes my work 10 times easier8- the technical support staff (authorized distributor) was very friendly and supportive, to conclude the problem with sample print g-code files.In whole it’s a great buy, money to value it’s one of the best in the market

This printer is not easy to assemble if you are a beginner. The worst part is that we took it to the service center which is in the middle of nowhere in Jebel Ali and they took 80 dirhams to service. When we collected it, they said everything is perfect but they didn’t demo it. Went back home and plug it and still the same issue, not printing! Called them back and they said may be it’s leveling due to the trip back home with the car!! Then they put me on WhatsApp group to ask help from the community and they washed their hands completely! It has been more than 2 weeks and the result is a BIG zero. Please stay away if your are beginner.

Not Happy at all- Very Difficult Assembly. It comes as fragments !- Included file (Pig) is corrupted- Getting leveling right is way too difficult. Trying singe a week and only got 2 small sample prints .. nothing seems to workThe final print quality is good. But you'll be lucky to reach there with all these alignment issues !!Not Recommended at all

Its very good and good quality, require some adjustment to get the best out of it. Thing to upgrade in future: bed, spring under the bed, adding lights, raspberry pi with camera for monitoring prints.I gave it 4 because more can be achieved but not out of the box.

the bed was already leveled, installation instructions were very easy, comes with spare parts (screws, etc) and the test 3D model that comes with it was successful on first print

I have recently bought the Creality Ender 3 pro a few days ago (5 days to be exact). On that same day i started printing. The first 2 to 3 prints were small but went well. During the next print i started getting an error which stated an error of E1 Thermal runaway.I tried the same print a couple of times, but the same error kept on coming. So i sliced another design and tried printing. To my amaze, the print came perfectly.But during the next print as soon as i hit "preheat PLA" , a wierd sound started to come out of the power source which i believe.Now again the error E1 came while printing.Kindly help to resolve these issues as clearly the machine is new and wasn't tampered in any way.

The Ender 3 is the best printer you can get in this price range. It produces prints comparable to printers that would cost twice as much. Assembly shouldn't take more than an hour, and since it's the most popular budget printer on the internet, there are a plethora of 3D printed mods you can download to make your printer better. My obit recommendation would be to replace the metallic build surface with a glass plate.
