unsatisfied with the product, seller & the platform - A Disappointing Purchase
The product is unfortunately defective and does not appear to be reliable for daily use. The unit I received had issues right from the start, indicating poor quality control. One of the burners is not functioning properly, which makes the product inconvenient and frustrating to use. Given these problems, I cannot recommend this item for anyone looking for dependable, everyday performance. My return request is not yet fulfilled. Very bad response from the seller and the platform. Highly unsatisfied with the product, seller & the platform
