Excellent product. High absorption. I took 1 tablet a day for 6 months. My vitamin D went from 18.7 (insufficient) to 54.5 (adequate).

The product reached without the plastic seal, without the inner cotton, the thin round seal between the cover and the pills was also detached- was obvious that it was opened previously.
