The product was good as expected

Good quality and it can get really hot and use it as a grill. It’s big and need space if you’re in a small kitchen I recommend you to see something else.

This grill is amazing—very useful and gets the job done as expected. The cleaning process is simple and hassle-free. I haven’t tried grilling yet, but for the few uses my family and I have had, it feels like we made the right choice. Its large size is a big plus, making it ideal for medium to big families since it can accommodate more items at once.

Heats up so fast! Huge in size! There is a lock for children safety

I bought this grill last month and it was working fine at first. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working for no reason. I don’t have a warranty, so this was very disappointing. I expected better quality and durability.

**Update: Well looks like the dream is over, after a short span of time (4 months of light-moderate usage), the grill plates have lost their non-stick capability and have started to flake and items have started to stick during grilling which is a major headache since you need to add a lot of oil which takes away the 'health' portion. Their aftersales has been very poor to address this. I am disappointed as it is such a good grill ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I never grilled before in my life. Quarantine made me try different things, this grill makes you eat healthy and fun. from tikka to lovely grilled cheese sandwiches and grilled vegetables one can add to a pasta salad. Its been amazing. Get this variant, since you can align the plates straight and lock it on the sandwich without pressing too much. the plates are removable that can be washed on a dishwasher and it is temp adjustable. Seller shipped it fast and this review is after nearly 3 months of usage. money well spent

Works perfectly but can’t find out if it’s safe to put removable plates in dishwasher . Drip tray lets some drips go on worktop.
