Effectiveness:Say you’re going to be doing something around the house for several hours and you don’t wanna be in pain during or after because you’re going to be using muscles you don’t typically use at work.So this product helps a lot in this way you get more done quicker because you’re in less pain and you recover faster at the end of whatever you were doing.especially if you were out trying to keep up with your grandkids. I have six of them my oldest loves to go frisbee or disc golfing with this product I can still out throw him.but as he gets stronger and I get weaker, he recently told me old man your day is coming. I’m gonna wipe the floor with you take that disc that you were out through me with once and Nella to a tree in his backyard as a reminder to me, Anyways, this product’s great recommended for anybody. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines. When I feel stressed out I tend to get really bad tension headaches or sometimes even migraines. This Tylenol helps so well! I take two and the headache or migraine is gone within an hour! Very effective!

I just returned my order. The product is fine. I was misled by the marketing. Not smart enough to realize there is NO difference between 8 hr Arthritis and 8 hr ‘aches and pain’. The implication that there is some specific ingredient targeting arthritis is false. Note, it does not SAY that. It’s just meant to attract attention from arthritis sufferers. For those other gullible individuals who don’t routinely read the ingredient label, this is the exact same pill as the “Aches and Pain” pill, just in a different box. Gullible customer who ordered 1 box of each.
