Must have one if you use hue lamps
I was lacking with reaching out to lamps when I am far away. Bridge solved this issue and I can configure the lamps from wherever I am.

doesn't actually work with alexa
If you were looking for alexa compatible smart light device, it is not what you need. Even-though they say it should work with it, it is not connecting and im not the only one with this issue. Just check alexa skill "Philips Hue" – there are a lot of people complaining.Also spotify synch feature didn't work even once...

Wasn’t easy to set up
Had to manually add my lights again as this is the second bridge and a bridge will only support 50 lights without issues. Would’ve been nice if a bridge supports more lights or is easier to add to existing set up.
