Making pierogi so much easier now !
Love it made my work much easier this Christmas

I keep the metal cold so dough doesn't stick
this device worked well for me, used heaping teaspoon for potato filling, washed all edges of dough with eggwash placed second layer of dough on top and used my marble heavy roller to cut and seal edges no separation during cooking . Dont over boil the dumplings add tablespoon of cooking oil any kind to the salted water keeps dumplings from getting sticky.
