Haven't yet tried this new 77mm one, but I expect it to be the same as my 58mm I bought several years ago. Great quality and I really like the packaging with the little tin to protect it when not in use. Also handy little lens cloth included. I only ever carry a 6 stop Nd as I find it a great middle ground for long exposure photography. By fitting this to your lens and stopping up or down your aperture you can always get in or around the length of exposure you require, especially around sunrise or sunset. If shooting in mid day then 10 stop might be preferable. Image quality is great and less colour cast than alot of the other so called professional options out there. Definately highly recommend, though I would like to know what type the 5 trees are that are being planted and hope they're not on a palm oil plantation somewhere.

Prompt delivery by Amazon. I have Hoya 10-stopper and needed something in between. First time buying from this maker.The filter is well built, screw on and comes of lens easily. Closing and opening a tin filter holder (two parts two screw together) is a bit awkward, not sure how this will be practical in the field without dropping it on the ground. Time will tell. But adding a filter cleaning cloth is a nice touch.Run provisional tested for amount of light reduction and optical image quality (Sigma 24mm f1.4 DG HSM Art lens on Canon EOS 6D Mark II). Fully satisfied so far with optical quality and performance.

So far so good. I use this for my ICM photography work and it does the job very well when I need those longer exposures. Good quality and comes very nicely presented in a circular tin with a cleaning cloth too. If I need to purchase more, I’d definitely go back to this company.

Impressive ! From the great eco-friendly outer re-cycled card packaging and the protection offered by the screw together metal container can it screams 'quality'. The actual filter is well engineered and fits perfectly and the 6 stop German glass is thicker than many other similar filters, most of which are far more expensive. Still not had a proper chance to try it out on my camera yet, in order to create some ICM images, which is why I bough it over slot-in filter types.

I use mine for intentiobal movement shots on a tilt shift lens and it works great. On my second as the first one went through the washing machine (it didn’t do well). Excellent value for money.

I felt it was time to understand and use ND filters. Once learnt - time to try. Just amazing quality ND filter and because its threaded on both sides I can add to the 'stops' if required. The robust casing and foam insert serves to protect it from damage.

I found the build quality to be great with this filter. The filer comes in a metal screw top container it also comes with a cleaning cloth. I plan to be toying it on my smartphone for video and still photography.

Me gusto el empaque y el estuche (aunque quizás algunos fotógrafos terminen usando otro que les permita cargar más filtros al mismo tiempo).La calidad del filtro, en mi opinión, es muy muy muy buena, me es casi imposible notar cuando se utilizó en las fotos y cuando no, casi no le veo color cast. Aún así, me hubiera gustado que el anillo estuviese texturado para prevenir resbalones y que sea más fácil quitarlo/ponerlo.

Llevo años con la afición a la fotografía y tengo un filtro ND de 10 pasos, pero quería otro de 6 para tener más flexibilidad y ganar 4 pasos para determinadas situaciones.La fotografía es un hobby caro en cuanto a materiales, pero hay cosas auxiliares como estos filtros URTH que pueden ser muy funcionales y a un precio muy competitivo.He realizado una prueba en interior con luz controlada para evitar distorsiones en la medición y me da exactamente los seis pasos que dice el fabricante, con lo que no tenemos ningún engaño por ese lado.Particularmente no observo que me de ninguna dominante, pero si la diese, se podría corregir sin problemas en el procesado posterior.Hay que tener en cuenta de que es un filtro de cristal SCHOTT, es decir, con una buena calidad de cristal. También es interesante decir que tiene rosca por el exterior para poder añadirle otro filtro roscado.No he notado pérdida de calidad en la nitidez de las fotografías, o por lo menos no la he apreciado.Podría hablarte de sus 20 capas de revestimiento y más cosas, pero solo me gusta hablar de lo que domino y eso se traduce (En este caso) en dar mi parecer en lo que he podido comprobar en primera persona.Viene perfectamente protegido en una caja metálica con protección interior. Para llevar en la mochila viene muy bien y te despreocupas de llevarte un susto. Muy buena protección.Bueno, contento de tener un filtro por un precio muy contenido y que espero me de muchas satisfacciones con buenas fotografías.
