I have been using this product for a year now. As I am going through menopause, my stomach and intestines are very temperamental. Before using this product, I notice bloated stomach and frequent flatulence issues. Upon researching on different products, I started using this. Within the first few days, I noticed a big difference. The first couple days, I took 3-4 pills to build up a stronger micro flora in the system. After that I defaulted to the standard 1 pill. I recalled when I stopped taking this for awhile, my gut reverted to the old problem. As soon as I re-start the probiotic, the gut problem went away. Highly recommending this for anyone with stomach or guts issue. I also think this product helps improve and moisturizes my private part.

Excellent probiotic clinical values. No need to refrigerate these EnteroGuard Small Vegetarian Capsules so, they do remain very stable when traveling. Also, the enteric coating helps to protect the beneficial bacterial strains while in transit through the stomach's acid environment to the small intestine.I have been taking 1 capsule daily at bedtime or more frequently as directed, for prophylactis when on an occasional antibiotic for over 15 years. Over the many years prior to finding Jarrow-Dophilus EPS, I suffered with IBS and other brands did not work for me. I have recommended this product to many family and friends, to help resolve intestinal issues or maintain good intestinal health. I discovered this product a long time ago at my local health food store. When I moved where I lived did not have this product. Luckily I found it on Amazon. It's very effective. I've been on antibiotics and this has helped me through that. Helps with my digestive tract and regularity. I've tried other brands and they did.not have near the amount of live cultures that Jarro has. I would recommend.

The seller went to a great deal of trouble to package this in the cold pack. It took a great deal of packaging, which I pay for on some level. However, if you will read the label on these probiotics, it very clearly states, "no refrigeration needed." This means that all the effort to practice called was only necessary. Just like consumers, it is really important that sellers read the label. Also, I ordered two received three, which means I paid for more than I wanted on two levels.

Only probiotic my family uses. Have tried 4 other brands, mainly from Costco and pharmacies, but did not get any noticeable results from others. This is the only one that Amazon delivers chilled.

I had my gall bladder removed and thereafter almost every time I ate, I would have to rush to the bathroom within 20 minutes with the worst diarrhea and intestinal cramping. Now, as long as I take the probiotics at least 4 times a week, I am good. Plus, I was able to eliminate a prescription - no more acid reflux or indigestion. With most supplements, it's hard sometimes to say definitively whether something has an effect, positive or negative. Especially if you take several different ones. I started taking this a few years ago and I definitely noticed an observable difference in me. It changed my body odor. Namely underarm odor. I used to put on deodorant every morning for work. One time I forgot and noticed I have no underarm odor anymore. As an experiment, I skipped for several days to validate. Since then, I haven't had to use deodorant. I guess the microbiome in your body is more than just the guts. Interesting effect. I am assuming it's evidence that this probiotic is actually doing thing to my microbiome.
