I am vegan and use for omelettes
Idealfor making omelette. Add a little water stir well leave until it thickens.Cook in slightly oiled pan add filling .

The chickpea powder is good, but unhappy the way it was left at the front door and rain pouring over. I have specifically instructed that in case no one home, please leave on the right side of front room window under the roof. But the delivery man did not. Please make sure in future that any parcel be left at instructed place
