PJ1 2-7.5W-1L 7.5W Fork Tuner Oil, 1 L

Unique green color. BMW specs 7.5 weight. No problems after fill. This bike still emptied out a complete fill despite the forks seals being 29 years young. The bike has fork gaiters. The PJ1 has the same quality feel as the more expensive BMW fluid.

Haven't used it but, received it. It's a quality fork oil. It would be a good transition from stock; granted, you plan on upgrading your suspension entirely in the future. In other words "you could feel it out", to see if you really even need to upgrade your forks/shock/s, based on the type of riding you do.

now was able to fine tune the forks didi not have to mix 10 and 5 wt to do pour end and feel great

GREAT FORK OIL!! Far superior over other brands! It smells and looks completely different from any other fork oil i've ever used. Much better quality that you can see! Oil doesn't thin-out over time and helps lubricant and condition seals to prevent leaking. VERY HAPPY with this product!

I like this oil because it works well enough and is safe.A lot of other oils have enough other "stuff" in them that they require medical attention if they get in your eyes. Especially working with suspension where the oil can be under pressure, that's a real possibility (it's happened to me before). However, PJ1 is almost entirely just highly refined mineral oil, and therefore very safe. I highly recommend going to their site and reading the MSDS for it. Had I been using PJ1 instead of another product a couple months ago, I could have avoided a midnight trip to the emergency room to have my eyes washed out.
