Very unsatisfied with this 5D diamond pen that lights up. After fully charging pen the light only lasts about an hour or so more of hassle trying to keep it charged. I'm actually going to try and return it that's how unsatisfied I am with it.

This is so cheaply made, at least the tips are. I already had 1 replacement sent and the tips strip and wont stay in the pen and keep spinning. I'm sad too because I was really excited about using a bent tip.

It was great at first until I had to charge it and it still didn’t charge after a hour. Still waiting on comeback from the seller to get a replacement or refund. I was happy it was already charged abs ready to go, but it died within 25 mins of first using it.

Just got mine and a second as a gift. like the feel of the handle compared to the handles that come with my diamond painting projects. If you have trouble charging chuck the cord that comes with it and just use an ordinary cellphone cord that is not an iPhone cord. Then it will charge! The heads will stay if you twist them on. Update was charging and back came off so be careful also the tacky stuff can get stuck in heads. But I will keep it for a while and see.

Pen is too short. Point does not fit right & usb doesn’t go all the way in. Sending back.

At first, I was liking the pen. I have only used the slanted head piece. Unfortunaty, after one use, some how it got threaded and no longer stays in the pen sturdy. Everytime I go to pick up a drill, it moves. I'm pretty disappointed that this happened. I do love the fact that it's rechargable though.

I love all products unfortunately when I went to switch the head because the wax kept pulling out when I place a diamond (this happens with all the pens ) I noticed the plastic is melting from the light or from charging it. So it’s a serious safety issue.

Tips don’t stay on. To short. Doesn’t light up anymore then an over head lamp. Sending back.

Interchangeable heads are not made for this product , the pen is designed for screw in metal heads.only used for 5minuets and within 2 the head was wabbling. Very disappointed and its a waste of money. Wish I never binned the box for it now.

Terrible product!!! The pieces does not fit in the pen, and the light swichs off after a short period of time.Really bad!!

This pen is ok and works fab and once charged is brightOnly fault is the charge in it don’t last long I’d say round about 15-20 mins at the most then has to go on chargeOnly takes around 20 mins to charge

Don't waste your money!The different heads don't even fit. Suppose to be screw ones.Hurt my hand trying to fit one of the heads on.Anyway ended up in the bin. No use at all

Works OK. Light doesn't last that long, when you spend alot of time diamond painting. The single drill attachment is actually a bit loose and doesn't fit the end properly so can't really use to its full potential as, I only use the single drill bits, don't like the multiple ones.
