I enjoy sprinkling this on my dinner vs. drinking it. It has virtually NO flavor. I mix it into my gravy or BBQ sauce or whatever. It’s never dry or powdery on my food. It always blends right in. I sprinkle 1- 1.5 tsp on my meal. I like this stuff. I hope it is a cancer-fighter as others have suggested… I’m using this along with other Natural items, making up a nice remedy, I hope will work in time. I am just beginning.

This was just okay because it didn't work as well as another brand of Seamoss powder I use to purchase. I couldn't find it any more so I purchased this one. I didn't get the same results so I won't purchase it again.
