I bought this on a whim as the price was good but oh my god what an amazing filament, it prints easily on my adventurer 5m and the result is beautiful. It prints easily, no issues, doesn't string or make any mess. highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this stuff! Have gone through several rolls of both blue and gold with my Bambu Lab X1C with zero issues -- and I mean NONE -- straight out of the box. No clogging, no stringing, no tangling. It prints beautifully using a generic PLA silk profile and required almost no postprocessing. Attached are pics of a pencil holder from Makerworld that I did a few days ago that shows both colors. Just ordered a bunch of silver for an upcoming project and will update this review if somehow it fails to impress, but I don't expect I'll need to do that.Obviously some people have different experiences, but I get extremely consistent results across multiple orders and batches without doing anything other than opening the package, loading the filament, and using a known-good profile for silk PLA, so it suggests any problems lie with other people's equipment and/or practices rather than the filament itself. YMMV.

This PLA Silk Copper is my first Amazon Basics filament. I was surprised to see that it needs a no heat bed, but I wasn't about to try it. I configured this filament in Bambu Studio with a textured PEI bed temperature of 60°C, nozzle temperature at 220°C for the first layer and 210°C for the following layers. The first print on my Bambu A1 came out very good. I find the color very close to clean, shiny copper.Next I might try the PLA Silk Silver.

This filament prints beautifully in my Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I was a little skeptical about trying this on a new printer, but my grandson is about to receive a shiny new silver toy truck. I had no issues with clogging, spooling or even color discrepancies. Very happy with it and will try more Amazon Basics PLA in other colors.

I wish amazon would bring these back, these printed well enough and were a great value.The spool seems much straighter than anycubic spools I have purchased recently, and I have never experienced a tangle.It may not be the highest performance, but its a stunning silk example.
