The media could not be loaded. Phyiotrack is good brand. Previously i purchased 8 months back tens machine it worked well , I used it for my father .So i bought again from same brand EMS for my father who is suffering from mylopathy and having foot fall issue. Doctor recommended for EMS and my physiotherapist is using it .It works good as of now no issue.I am hoping for 1 yr addional warrant after this review.I hv received 1. EMS machine. 2. 3 straps ( need extra strap but dont know how to get it ) 1 instrument for facial stimulation (as told by my therapist) and 1 gel bottle. Beautifuly packed in a blue bag.

I purchased on dec 2023.for one year it went good till 2024.from last few months one pair of electrodes are not working.so can i get an extra pair of ekctrodes for the macjine to run effectively

So far so good, it's working fine.Would have liked an on/off switch.Comes with a good pouch.

First I purchased the mini TENS Machine with 2 Channels on 20th July 2024 for my Neck and hand pain. The first session with it was amazing experience. It had 4 program settings. I didn’t know how to use them. I contacted customer care. I found them very supportive. They arranged a video call and explained it to me.The mini-TENS machine is very compact and can be used anywhere. With this experience, I ordered 4 channel Auto Mode Multi-Function TENS machine with multiple programs to exercise more effectively on my pain. It has ultrasonic mode as well. Again, Medgrears arranged a video call to explain all the modes/programs of 4 channel machine. They are really helpful and cooperative. The Medgrears TENS with ultrasonic has all the features which I needed.I have been using both the machines since then and it helped me a lot in my spondylitis problem. The pain in neck and hand is subsiding. I will definitely recommend this TENS machine to all those looking for an effective, non-invasive pain relief solution.
