Sturdy and Pretty
The soap dispenser for my kitchen faucet finally failed after 9 years, so I got this one.Style: The curvy style better matched the faucet and proved to be as pretty as the product image.Bottle: The bottle on the old one was typically cyllindrical, which made unscrewing it difficult and possibly contributed to the plastic stem breaking at the threads. This bottle has a flattened side at the bottom which gives grip to removing it.Construction: The 360 rotation of the dispenser and refilling from the top are important, and this one has that.Note that one person can install it if they have long arms to reach under the sink to screw in the nut while holding the top part still. Otherwise, it takes two people: one to hold it at the top while someone else screws the nut in, but it is all really easy to figure out.

Works perfectly
I had a new soap dispenser which had to be pumped three or four times before soap came out. Also, it had to be refilled by unscrewing the soap container under the sink. This one dispenses soap with one pump and refilling is done at the top. It looks good, is perfect and I’m very happy with it.

Overall is good, but this could be better balanced
First of all, love the CLEAR bottle, makes it much easier to see when it needs a refill. Also, one of the biggest bottles I've had on a soap dispenser, so that is pretty decent too! It's easy as all the other's I've had to fill. The pump dispenses just the right amount, not too much or too little which has happened with some others in the past. The thing that could make this better would be balance of the pump. It seems like if you don't press in the "sweet spot" it just bends instead of dispensing.

Works great
I bought this to go with my expensive new faucet. The name brand soap dispenser was insanely expensive (like more than 3x the price of this one) so I decided to check Amazon. It matches nice and works great. It does show some minor water spots but they wipe right off.

Functionality, aesthetic appeal, and affordable price
The installation process for this pump is straightforward, and it operates efficiently as intended. The large, slim soap container features a convenient top-fill design for easy refilling. Additionally, the silver brush finish complements the other items in the kitchen well. This product comes highly recommended for its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and affordable price!

Better Than I Would Have Ever Expected!
I Had a brand name steel soap dispenser for years, that I never would use because I had to pump it so many times to get any soap out, and it would clog up all the time. It was so bad that I thought that all soap dispensers were probably junk. So, after a lot or looking, I decided to give this one a try. I am sure glad that I did. It was so easy to install, and it only takes a very light push to get the right amount of soap needed, and it has never failed to work perfectly every time.It is very light weight, because it is not real chrome as it is not steel, but it looks and works great. I've only had it close to a month, and it gets many uses per day.I hope that it lasts a few years, but it works so well, that even if it only lasted a year, I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

Plastic Nut doesn’t fit thread
I installed my new soap dispenser and here is how it went. First, this is completely made of plastic. My old one that broke was metal. The appearance when installed is very good. The flange that sits on top of the sink is smaller so it takes more effort to align it to cover the existing hole. The installation was easy with one major flaw. The plastic nut that screwed on to the plastic thread was too loose. When I tried to tighten it down (hand tight) to seal the dispenser down to the sink the nut would jump a thread making it impossible to tighten down. Fortunately the metal nut that came with my old one fit correctly and I was able to complete the installation.
