The bristles are soft to medium-firm, providing effective cleaning without being harsh. With the Oral B Vitality, I’ve finally stopped over-brushing and damaging my gums. The electric motion and soft bristles do all the hard work, so I don’t have to press down hard like I used to with a manual toothbrush. This has made my brushing routine gentler and more effective. If you tend to brush too aggressively, this toothbrush can really help protect your gums.

Product worked very well for year however starting giving problems after that. Electric stuff after all ..But had an excellent experience with the after sales team who resolved the issue within 3-4 days to my absolute satisfaction .. will strongly recommend.Just blindly go for it as P&G will never let you down.

I purchased this and it only worked fine for the first 2 months after that it's not charging and not starting even after charging for 7-8 hours.

The two brushing modes on this toothbrush really surprised me. I didn’t think I needed options, but now I can’t go without them.It has two speed modes- On regular days, I use the daily mode, which gives a thorough and fresh clean. On days when my gums feel a bit sensitive, the sensitive mode is a lifesaver. It’s gentle yet still effective, which is perfect for someone like me who has occasional gum issues(gum retraction). It’s like having a toothbrush design that adapts to your needs.

It’s a good toothbrush and does a very good job. The charging, however, is an utter garbage; there is no indication whether the brush is getting charged. I have left the brush on the charger overnight only to have 2 minutes runtime in the morning. Dumb charging design. Sometime, it runs for days something clearly to do with the charging mechanism. Just skip this product, what good is a electric toothbrush when it doesn’t run half of the time.

I got it for about 1100 on sale, at that price it’s a great toothbrush. If it’s around 1500 or so, the Perfora toothbrush might be a more enticing option. Charge lasts at least for a week while brushing twice a day. Charger is however a bit of a loose connection and it takes a while to charge up. The motor is a bit loud but the brush cleans well, helped a lot with my plaque and also helps with whitening a little bit.
