Not working 90% of the times
Majority of the tume, the luggage has issue with connecting. App is horrible and buggy.

Buy only if you want an expensive back up battery for your phone!!!
Bag does not follow as advertised . Makes random circular motion . I am stuck with an expensive carry on suitcase. I used cowarobot suitcase for months now and it completely outperforms OVIS. I thought OVIS will be an upgrade but NO it is a downgrade . I should have known better the sudden drop in price was for a reason .

Less lifting and pushing
Saw the ad about this suitcase two years ago. They were talking about making this item. Now it's here and so I ordered one. Once I found the hidden pocket which contains the chargers I tried it out and boy it really works really well. Glad I purchased one, what a great idea.

BAD ADVERTISING
PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE, IT DOSENT EVEN WORK AFTER ITS BEEN ON THE CHARGER FOR 2 DAYS

Battery dead = Bad purchase
Where can I get a replacement battery? Or fix the old one?
