BAD ADVERTISING
PRODUCT IS TERRIBLE, IT DOSENT EVEN WORK AFTER ITS BEEN ON THE CHARGER FOR 2 DAYS

Not working 90% of the times
Majority of the tume, the luggage has issue with connecting. App is horrible and buggy.

Less lifting and pushing
Saw the ad about this suitcase two years ago. They were talking about making this item. Now it's here and so I ordered one. Once I found the hidden pocket which contains the chargers I tried it out and boy it really works really well. Glad I purchased one, what a great idea.

Great Idea - Great Technology - Terrible QC & SUPPORT
Once you figure out how to drive it, works great on open spaces. Not so good on crowded environments.The worst part, is the telescopic handle that has a very fragile point where the T handle meets the extension rod. Unfortunately is made of a very brittle resin and cracks easily (already did it to 2 units) even worst is the support, as there is no warranty for that part, nor anyone in the US who can fix it. So, the second unit I got cracked the firs day of use and no options to repair it, making it useless. The technology is great, but the production unit is terrible maybe that is why they are selling them at the discount Indigogo price and not the proposed $900+ retail price. Advise: wait for version 3. If it ever makes it to market.

The bracelet may not work
Once I received the suitcase the bracelet didn’t work.

Horrible horrible. Stay far far away
Nightmare. Battery wouldn’t charge. App to set it up no longer exists through App Store. Seller approved return but then ghosted me. Spent almost $100 to ship it back. I call 2x a month but Amazon taking over 3 months to refund my money. Stay far far away. Shame on you forward x and Amazon for making this such a nightmare.

I purchased directly from manufacturer
This worked decently well the first time I took it to the airport, but when I attempted to use it for the second time, I couldn't get the bracelet to connect with the luggage again. it's a shame bc I recently broke my leg and I thought this was the ultimate purchase.

Instructions in English would be extremely helpful!
I don't like the fact that the instructions are in Chinese. There's no instructions in English and it's been very hard to figure out which plug to use and what each one is for. Would be very helpful if the instructions also came in English.
