eSSL refused to honur warranty on their product purchased through amazon
The product malfunctioned during installation. When we contacted eSSL helpdesk, they refused to support / honour warranty stating they do not cater to products bought via online. This is quite surprising as this was not mentioned anywhere on the amazon product page also if the OEM is not honoring then who will support. And most importantly, why is the OEM allowing sale via amazon?
