I bought two sets of these 10 piece yellow poms for an accent ceiling above my son's photo backdrop at his third birthday carnival. These were the best deal, with the best ratings, for the most pieces. They weren't huge, oversized poms, just the right size I think for a traditional pom. If I had been using them for another purpose, I might have gone bigger, but for what I wanted, these were a satisfying size. I only fluffed one size of these so I could affix with double-sided tape to the ceiling in our kitchen. As you can see from the pictures, it came out pretty good. For a frame of reference, I used SIXTY poms on that ceiling, and that's all it covered (in case you want to do something similar yourself). I would have ordered more to fill up the whole space, but I ran out of time.The good news, I can use them again. With only some minor tearing from pulling off the tape, they are perfectly in tact and completely refluffable. There was some minor ripping in some of my hasty fluffing, but you could not notice a single tear, and fluffing is pretty self-explanatory. Take your time to get your desired look, and you'll be satisfied like I am.By the way, you can probably tell from my picture, but the yellow was true to color portrayed.

I needed a darker green to go with my lighter poofs & these green ones were perfect! Easy to “poof” out as long as you do it carefully. Worked great for what I needed it for!

I have to admit that these were a bit time consuming to assemble (fluff out) but they were so worth it in the end. They turned out beautifully! I am kind of on the crafty side, so the difficulty some people expressed in their reviews to make this tissue pom pom fluffy I did not have. I didn't experience any of their hassle or frustration. I sat down when I was watching TV and fluffed away; I even fluffed some at my son's basketball game. They turned out so well that I just bagged them after my event to put in my attic because I din't want to throw them away; maybe I can use them for something else. You do have to be careful though, because the tissue will tear during the fluffing process.

I bought these in red and silver. I expected them to come folded and that they would need to be separated and fluffed. I didn't want to spend the time folding tissue paper myself, so this was a great shortcut. Each pom took roughly 10 minutes to separate and fluff. I was being gentle because I didn't want too much of the tissue to rip. It wasn't at all hard and I think they turned out super cute. Each pom ended up being about 8 inches in diameter, but that really depends on how tightly or spread out you want them fluffed. Shipping was fast..no complaints here.

These turned out really nice. As long as you take your time you won't have any problems. Some edges did rip but you can't really tell. My only problem is the string in the middle was practically undone once we took each one out of the package. Not a hard fix, but a little annoying.

These were beautiful and looked just as photographed. They did take some time to separate and fluff. I decorated at my daughters shower and now use them for bows on my packages.

OK. So everyone needs to know that even if you buy these in a store, they will come flat. You have to set them up yourself. Mine doesn't look perfect like the picture but hey... I was doing it with my 11month old on my lap. As for complaints on it ripping, it's made of tissue paper.. so... I'll just leave that there for them to think about. The shipping wasn't too bad considering it had to go through customs from China. I was disappointed that it is not a blush pink as pictured. Moreless it's peach colored. Still works with my theme so I'm not mad at it, but I do think of they sshould put a disclaimer that color may very in shades.
