Listing says "standard" and "heavy duty". Which is it?????

I wondered the same, it seems to be thicker than a standard tube by a fair amount. It is a good quality tube, especially for the price.

Will this fit a mh90-21 Avon cobra chrome tire ?

Yes it will it will fit any 21inch. I have the Dunlop harley tire and it fits fine.

Where do you put the two nuts?

One nut goes at the base of the valve stem inside the wheel, the other nut should NEVER be used against the rim on the outside. It should be up against the valve stem cap.

Will this tube work for 90 / 90 - 21 ?

Yes, 2.75 / 3.00 / 21 is the same as 90/90-21
