Banpresto One Piece Princess Shirahoshi Scultures 8.5" Figure

This is an extremely affordable figure for what you're getting. The sculpt and painting are detailed and precise -- the figure I received had no real flaws to speak of. She stands about 6" from the base to the highest tip of her hair. One thing that isn't too clear from most pictures is that she does have a slanted fetal pose rather than an upright one. This allows her to be displayed very well from her left side (or straight-on), but her right side isn't really an option because of the angle -- a potentially important consideration for your display configuration.There is some minor assembly required; she comes in 4 pieces: Head/hair, body, coral/rock, and the actual black base itself. Since the coral's peg cannot be fully inserted except in the proper position, there's no way to assemble her incorrectly.Overall, I'd say you couldn't possibly ask for a better figure at this price point, especially considering how expensive other Princess Shirahoshi figures are. Collectors rejoice!

I like this mermaid so much! I ordered another one similar to it. Took lots of pics so you can get a idea of the size. The only thing I’m not thrilled about is the black plate it’s on. I’m thinking of gluing on stones or painting it. Anyways if you love mermaids , you’ll love this one

I'm only misusing one star and not two because I'm giving the company the benefit of the doubt it wasn't their fault but she was broken in 2 places when I got her. Although she was packed extremely well and she's made of plastic so she isn't exactly fragile. I glued her and she looks just like the picture. She came from overseas and customs definitely went through it so I'm thinking that is where she actually got broken, though I can't say for certain but nobody else I've seen complained theirs came broke & the packing should been more then enough. Or possibly she was already broken and not checked and shipped. Whatever the case she'll never now be a solid collectors item but I still think she's beautiful anyhow. I just hate gluing though. Every time I move anything that has had to be glued somehow has to be reglued and pieces start end up missing.

Such a beautiful figure. Even the box looks gorgeous itself. Box was nicely packaged and I even receive a free pouch of green tea as well as a little thank you card which was awesome. The figure itself looks very nice and the detail is amazing.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday. She loves anime and mermaids so this is a perfect gift for her.Other people mentioned that there's came with a broken piece here or there. Ours came perfect! No broken pieces.Great quality at a great price!

I love her so much! A very beautiful figure with lots of detail! She is well worth the price and shipping was great. She is around 5.5" tall and makes an excellent addition to my collection. Highly recommended!!

Its not exactly great but its not bad either . Shes very well done and detailed too the size , well I wish she was bigger she looks to be around 6 inches the hair makes her seem bigger . I wasn't impressed by it but I was not disappointed .Its just OK

Great quality figure for the price (£12-13).

The figure is very nice and arrived quickly. However, I was disappointed to find the tail fin sheared off and found it difficult to glue because the angle and delicacy of the figure. Still, I am very pleased with the figure and would recommend this seller and product. Five stars if it was not broken.
