Works perfectly. Easy install. Wish the bolt came with it is my only complaint.
The product works as described and seems to be good quality for the money. You'll need the bolt though as it doesn't come with it. If you have you're old one you'll be fine.

Works like brand new!
We had a flat tire in below freezing weather and was unable to easily get the spare tire down. This replacement hoist will make life easy, if needed. Unit is held in place with one 15mm bolt. Please wear protective eye gear to keep the rust out of your eyes and keep your mouth closed.

Works but.
Hoist works but requires too much modification to be a fit. Mounting holes needed widening. The winding mechanism does not allow for easy insertion of the rod.

Not the exact hoist, but I can make it work
Intend to modify it by cutting and welding to make it fit my '89 Chevy Astro. Though it is beefier than the original, it has the same width and height and can be made to fit, with some expert work.

DOES NOT match factory holes for 2005 F250 Super Duty Diesel
Made purchase of this to replace the OEM part on 2005 F250 Super Duty Diesel. According to the pictures and the description, this should have been a perfect fit for this make, model, and year vehicle. Unfortunately, that was wrong. The hole for the mounting bolt was almost an inch off and required modification in order to fit. Fortunately, I have the tools and the skills to makes such modifications, but it should not have been required, according to the listed specs.
