Cons: ' - Side Mounted Terminal Cups ' - Slight Damage During Shipping Our Opinion: I was needing a cheap dual 10” ported sub box for some Kenwood’s I picked up second hand. This box definitely fit the bill and I am glad I chose it. At first I was concerned it wasn't actually ported. The picture doesn't show the inside of the box too well, and it looks like the chambers are sealed even though there is a center port. When it arrived, I was relieved to see that the chambers ARE ported to the center of the box. My subs fit perfect, was easy to drill, and install. This box POUNDS! I am only pushing 1,000 Watts PEAK, and the box made these subs scream! Sounds as if i'm pushing over 2x that amount of power. The tuning on the port worked out great for me and it produces a lot of bass with ZERO port noise. Only gripe I have with this box is that during shipment it did get dinged up a bit and It would have been better if the terminal cups were on the back instead of the sides. For all of us who mount our amps on the back to save space, kind of makes it awkward running the speaker wire from each side to the back. Overall I am very pleased, and would highly recommend this box!

I’m running two jl audio 12w6 subwoofers in this box paired with a jl audio 1500rd . The specks on the subs calls for a little bit more air room but I decided to give it a try anyway since it’s only .15 cu ft difference. I wanted my bass to hit clean and not rattle all my panels like a normal ported box would and this one is perfect for my liking. Get this box !

The thing that made me buy this box was that you can see a channel for the vent in the back of the box. Lots of boxes just have holes in them or just have one channel toward the back of the box. The channels provide a higher frequency response which I heard was better for listening to metal. I have 2 Infinty 1060's powered by an Alpine MRP500. The power is amazing! Some clarity is lost with the low bass of Hip-Hop, but the hard hitting Metal couldn't sound better. It's scary loud! The girlfriend likes it. :) Amazon and another site says this box doesn't fit in the Scion Tc, but they are wrong. This box fits perfectly! I still have an inch to spare with the carpet and the cover on. The width is also perfect to where I can still open the right side floor panel to get to the storage compartment. This box appears to be much higher quality then other boxes I've looked at. Very sturdy and clean. No problems after two weeks of use.

This is the second box I have purchased the first one was a single 10 box then I decided to ad a second sub later. The only complaint I would have about both of them is the speaker box terminals on both the single box and the double Box rattle alot. Other then that both boxes are very well constructed the front face is 1 inch thick and the sides and back appear to be 1/2 inch thick. Would definitely purchase again but I would recommend to anyone buying one is that you also purchase different speaker terminals for it. UPDATE. I reviewed this product on may 17th 2017 it is now June 25th 2017. In the box was a piece of paper that asked you to review there product so I did. It says to give atrend 14 to 17 days for receipt and I still haven't heard from them. I'm assuming at this point I probably won't hear from them. Not that it's a big deal or there's any real problem with the product I just don't know why they put the paper in the box asking you to review there products if there not going to respond anyway.

Arrived in perfect shape, constructed solid with no visible flaws. My only complaint is the terminal cups are very small/cheap. Got another set off Amazon and now its perfect. It's very heavy with subs, get a helper. I used DC Audio level 1 12" subs, perfect fit.

I've only received the box at this point. I have not had a chance to add my subs & amp yet. I just wanted to comment on the shipping & first thoughts. I'll updated this review once I can see it in action. Shipping was acceptable. It did have a tear in the cardboard where one of the holes for a sub is, but no damage to the box itself. All of the pieces are glued, making it more air tight. Can't tell what kind of screws they used... but it feels very sturdy. Measured the thickness of the material-- I was expecting 3/4" but it is a full 1" think (I don't remember it specifying in the description). Carpeting looks great. Only had once small piece of carpet I took a razor blade to on one of the sub holes (my OCD-like instinct more than anything). I've been running a single 15" Kicker CVX. I recently picked up a 2nd one, but obviously needed a new box to support two. As soon as I get time to install them both, I can't wait to see how loud even this pre-fab box will get! Running them both off of 1 Kicker ZX1000.1 for now. I may pick up a 2nd so they are both fully powered. For now though, 2 of them at half power is going to get me a LOT more surface area and sound. I'm sure I'll be VERY satisfied with this upgrade! =]

Full Amazon Build. (….as far as the major components go, minus the 320amp JS Alternator. Pioneer 8600 Avic-Nex deck / loaded. Stock tweets in the pillars ~ off the deck. 4 Kicker Yellow 2ways for the doors / Matched to a Hifonics BG1600 4. 2 CT Sounds Strato D4 10’s / Matched to a Hifonics BG 3300 1D mono. BBox dual chamber ported box. ~ (Modified. Factory cutouts had to be opened up to receive the Strato’s, 2 distribution blocks placed internally for the leads, and the stock connectors on each side removed to steal posts on one side with a 1/2” pass through drilled out of the center baffle. 3/4” Hardwood plates cut to mount inside the 1/2” recess on either side to sure it up.) The two D4 Strato 10’s slap for sure! Wish I could’ve run the Meso’s, but they were sold out?! No mystery why, since they’re the last in line beyond these, and these kill it! Juiced the 4ohm twins with the Hifonics 3300 1.D wired to 1ohm. Both amps professionally tuned by the local Bassheds, and dialed back just a bit, for the break in. These are eating a clean 950w +-each, with the engine off, and plenty left in ‘em. This is the second build I’ve run the BXX (BRUTUS) Series amps for, with Zero Complaint. The JS 320 keeps the system fed without flexing the headlights, and no extra battery. Can’t wait to bring ‘em up to full capacity, but I’m diggin’ it so far!, and at this price point, what’s to say?! To elaborate on the box, it came damaged. In multiple areas. I get it, It happens with packages that are big and awkward… however, a little more care could be taken in the design, execution, and packing. Would’ve made the difference. Though, for a hundred $$$, I half expected it, which is why I modified it, instead of returning it, and it works well. All in all value for the money, 30$ cheaper than the local stereo stores, and these BBox’s have a heavy front plate that the local stock doesn’t. And at todays lumber prices?!, yup!!

First box came with a corner crushed from poor handling during shipping. Had to send it back and am waiting for a replacement. The construction was good. Box seemed good quality. Weighs in at 53 pounds. Just a slight bit under 40 inches wide. Carpet color was a dark color and a real good match to what is in my trunk all ready.
