Looks like a good product, easy to swallow capsules without any after taste.Im hoping these will help with my bloating. Don’t think they helped much
The pills are easy to swallow but I don’t think they helped my gut issues. Can’t say I noticed any difference but it might just be me they don’t work for.

Good shelf life, easy to take, no problems
Pro and pre biotics are thought to help with many digestive issues. My son has trouble in that area and he has been taking such supplements for some time to help him - to some positive effect. This supplement seems to work as well as others. It is easy to take, has a decent shelf life and has caused no ill effects. Seems a decent product.

What I really like about this supplement is that there are no fillers, just the eight strains of live bacteria culture encased in a capsule of vegetable origin.
