Works well! I'm a natural brunette. I've been coloring my hair blonde for years. I haven't colored my hair in months until recently. So, I had a decent amount of brunette back. I don't bleach my hair due it making my hair dry and brittle. I bought blonde hair dye and purchased this mask to use as a toner. I'm glad I did. After coloring my brunette hair blonde, as expected my hair was orange (brass) I used this mask immediately after coloring, I no longer have any brass in my hair After ONE use! It does exactly what it says it does. I will be purchasing this every time I color my hair. The directions say to leave it in for 5 minutes. I am happy with the results. I highly recommend this. Especially if you're like me and don't want to use harsh bleach in your hair.I should have took before and after pictures. I was very surprised it worked so well. I have tried other products and got not so good results. This will definitely be my go to product from now on.... I love that it made my hair feel so soft and hydrated afterwards as well. I usually have tangles even after using most conditioners, it wasn't tangled at all after using this. It has a mild scent but a pleasant one.Update.. I have used this for a second time and my hair is even lighter. (Which was what I wanted) I am now purchasing the bigger bottle for future use.

While not totally eliminating brassiness, this purple creme rinse does help with yellow tones. It doesn't dry out hair like other brands I tried. My hair is soft and manageable after using it.

Having been a blonde for many years I struggled with my hair getting brassy in between getting it colored. When I started using this just once a week it helped my blonde stay bright for longer in between coloring.

The hair feel and look so soft like no way to be that super soft. Do not like this featuredid not notice any work with yellowish color but stays puprpuly color on my hair.not sure it works as advertised

I am glad I took before and after pictures. At first I didn’t think the product did anything, but when comparing side by side there is definitely a difference - the mask significantly reduced the red tones. The picture below is after two applications. First one for 2.5 mins (I was careful) and second one for full 5 mins. Also, did not dry my hair at all, and it did not have any offensive smell. I did use rubber gloves for application not to stain my nails and cuticles
