RubiesRubie's Deluxe George Washington Costume

My 6YO daughter has been very interested in George Washington this fall. Since we purchased this costume, she has worn it many, many times - to homeschool book report group (while presenting "George Washington's Teeth"), all over Mount Vernon and Colonial Williamsburg, trick-or-treating and a harvest festival with bounce houses and such, and just playing around the house with her brother. Yes, the buttons are just painted on, and the hat certainly doesn't look high quality, but the costume overall looks awesome and holds up well to lots of use! Several people at Mount Vernon and Colonial Williamsburg were impressed with it and asked where to get it.

Bought this for my son that did a book report on George Washington. The costume had nice detail & my son loves it. The hat was partially unfinished. Had to hot glue ribbon & it wasn't enough ribbon! Overall a good purchase.

Great product, but description days it comes with boot tops and it does not! That was disappointing,

I purchased this costume for my granddaughter who has a school George Washington project. She is a very small size 8 so I purchased the Medium. The costume is slightly large for her small frame. I was surprised how well made the costume was. The hat was a "foamy" material and it does hold it's shape.
