Construction of the brush (bristles and handle) is one of the best. Love this toothbrush

Bristles got slightly deformed due to overload pressure
Good packing but too many stuffed. Bristles of some tooth brushes got deformed within due to prolonged overload pressure.

Incorrect product sent
All 10 pieces were Soft bristle instead of hard as advertised. I waited a week to receive incorrect product. Later the product had to be reordered and I received the correct item. I like the product hence rating it 5.
