Loved the look so ordered but once opened found fabric very thin and sloppy over duvet so moved about a lot, it is lovely and soft but quality not so great would rather pay a bit more to get the better quality fabric.

Arrived quickly, undamaged. Fabric is nice and soft, but quite thin., see photo 2. Also fabric can catch in zip very easily (photo 3). See cleaning instructions (photo 1), hand wash in cool water - do not tumble dry - do not dry clean. Fortunately this was for a guest bed which will only be used occassionally, but can't comment on how this would fare with regular use and cleaning.

Yes it's soft and fluffy.... But a zip bottom??!!Why???All the pile gets stuck in the zip as you open and close it up.Sooo annoying.

Product was delivered within a short time well packaged. It was a lovely texture and no doubt would have been very warm unfortunately for me the colour was not compatible with my room so had to return. Returning instructions were easy to follow.

I love my purchase, the only bad point is that the cover doesn’t seem to stay, it’s like the cover is to big for the duvet and keeps sliding down

Nice and fluffy ..but...bits kept cuming out making a mess everywhere and the zip gets caught in the fluff really frustrating when zipping it...bad design... stick with buttons in future
