Bodum 3-Ounce Pavina Glasses with Silicone Grip, Green, Set of 2

August 2017 update - well one finally did break here in the last 2 months. just picked it up from the sink mat and noticed it had a split in the glass. so it didn't cut me since i noticed it before attempting to wash, but was kind of bummed. am using the other still pristine cup along with a much older ceramic to pull shots. they both work well but there is nothing like witnessing the crema as it pours all hot and thick. won't likely buy again once the 2nd shatters though. double walled wouldn't. this could easily be double walled and wonderfully durable and heat resistant. c'mon Bodum. Initial Review: not as thick as i expected, rather thin, and fragile feeling actually. pretty sure if i squeezed, they would shatter in my palm. but am digging seeing the espresso crema through the sides as it draws. and for me, this is the best thing about them. the silicone slips off them when wet and i can see where it could cause the glass to slide completely out and shatter. they prevent burning your fingertips b/c of the double layer glass. otherwise would be 5 star.

Cute little glasses and the silicone makes them easy to handle even when they're filled with hot espresso. The one flaw, if I can call it that is that, is that they're light enough that the vibrations of the espresso machine cause them to move out of place while brewing. I have to hold them in place until they're about half full and heavy enough to stay put. It's a minor concern though and I'm otherwise very happy with my purchase. They've also done well in the dishwasher.

I use these glassed to hold the espresso I make for my morning latte.The silicone is great to your fingers from getting burnt.My only complaint is that they are fragile.I have dropped mine more than once and it held up fine, but when it hits a porcelain sink at just the right angle it will break.

like the cups

Love them. We have been using these for our espresso shots for years. The silicone makes them easy to grip. For me the only real con is that they are very light. We don't use these to serve espresso, just to hold the shot until it goes into our lattes.

I ordered two of these, as nowhere in the description does it say they are sets of two. Of course, I received two sets of two-- too small to warrant the cost of returns. So be forewarned!

Overtime my husband uses these, he tells me how much he loves the espresso glasses. Easy to clean in the dishwasher.

Achetés pour compléter mon service, je regrette qu’il n’y ait eu que la couleur noire, et la qualité semble être différente de celles que j’avais. J’ai du commander 2 boites de 2, et une des tasses a le tour en silicone qui glisse. Dommage.
