This is probably the best product I have bought for my kitchen in a long time! It has been on my buy list for a long time and I was looking for a right product to buy. It is extremely convent because you do not have to grind it yourself, all you do is turn it over and it does all the work.

I asked for these for Christmas, and my husband complied and bought them. Boy, I'll never go back to the twisting to get the salt and pepper again! With my hands getting weaker with age, this is an overdue "life hack" that I should have done long ago. I like that I don't have to even push a button--just turn it upside down! So easy and having the light as an added perk.

I saw these at a friends and loved them. My first order came and did not work, thus the reason for four stars. The replacement set is fantastic. According to my friend, the batteries will last about a year and a half! These are so neat I am going to buy three or four more sets for Christmas gift.

Outstanding set. Originally got one set for my self to replace a push button style one. Loved it so much that got a second bone as a gift for my mom. Easy tilt operation is perfect for when you are cooking and your hands are full. No need to take cover off and press a switch, just pick it up and tilt! Perfect! Kit even included batteries and a spoon, don't see that too often!

We love it compared to our hand grinders, never going back. Works great and pretty quiet, ordered this one bc it came with batteries too! I’ll definitely be ordering this again but as a gift for others!

I‘m using KSL grinders for a while now. I have older models as well as this one. Couldn’t find a better housewarming gift for our friends. The set looks great, somewhat futuristic, will match with any kitchen design. Batteries are included, which makes the gift even better. Plus a measuring spoon! Anyway, my friends were very happy to have it and now using it every day.

I received this today! I have previously bought these gravity grinders (from other sellers) for gifts. I wish I would have got them from this seller. The box came in pristine condition and the presentation when you open the box looks very high end! It even came with 12 batteries and a scoop that is a nice weight. Extremely pleased with this purchase! I will definitely be buying from this company from now on!

This grinder set is as described as the seller. I purchased these for my spouse who has arthritic wrists and loves to cook. They arrived within 2 days, which is ideal if you're looking for a last-minute gift. Lovely gift box and presentation, and batteries are included. Lots of batteries! Remains to see how long the batteries will last. The grinders themselves work very well. I like the fact that the coarseness of the grind can be adjusted. The only caveat I have is that the description indicates that the grinders are ready to use immediately upon delivery. That's assuming you (or the recipient, if it's a gift) have peppercorns or coarse salt on hand. For the price you pay, it would be a nice gesture for the seller to include a small complimentary sample of peppercorns and/or salt so that they are truly "ready to use upon delivery". Otherwise, it's 5 stars all the way and I recommend. UPDATE: I bought this set 14 months ago. Sadly, the salt grinder no longer works as it should; it doesn’t grind coarse salt, so it now just dispenses coarse salt, which kind of defeats the purpose. The adjustable coarseness selection feature doesn’t work anymore either; it’s frozen in place, likely corroded. The pepper mill still works, but not as well as it did when new. Unfortunately the warranty has expired…big surprise there. The original batteries lasted 4 months, then needed replacing. This set wasn’t cheap, and I would have expected longer wear, better quality. RE-UPDATE: Two and a half years since purchase date, and now the pepper grinder is also useless. It appears that the cutting blades get dull, but there is really nothing to do about that. Don’t get these !

Had a hard time giving this a 2/5 because we really enjoyed them at first but when it came time to refill, we could not get the salt jar open. We tried everything to get it open but it will not budge. In attempt of getting the jar open but twisting, the silver seal also came off. When working properly we really like them and would likely rate 4-5/5, but refilling is necessary and we cannot do that sadly. We attempted to contact the seller a bit ago and have not had a response yet. *Changed the star rating as the seller has replied and taken care of our issue without hassle.

I got the gravity electric salt and pepper set for Christmas (for myself) and I love it... well the one that works that is. The second one may work however it doesn't open properly where the battery compartment is. It's difficult to open because the sleeve that you grip to twist the top off slips and does not lock/unlock the top into place. I was hoping to contact the seller to see if we can get this straightened out (replacement) however I can't seem to find any way to contact them. I will see if I get any response to this, however also keep an eye on the return date and send it all back. I'm also a bit confused as I thought this came with a scoop and batteries... thought it was listed somewhere.
