Broke when filling up
Item broke when I filled it up with sand. Did not hold up at all

No way they'll hold 40lbs of sand
Got these elsewhere. Plus side is that they are inexpensive, but they will not hold 40 lbs of sand. They have a zipper part you open and then velcro on the outside. Filled them with play sand and zippered them back up. Velcro only works if you don't make them too full. I doubt a plastic zipper, and velcro seal will hold together for too long.
