I have had this one week and so far it has been a great replacement screen. You have to be aware if you take off the touchscreen itself. If you have removed only the touchscreen itself the brackets will not work; you still have to remove the touchscreen frame. Learned this the hard way and broke a bracket on the replacement touchscreen. Have to order a second touchscreen.Will update remove. Have had it one week so far and have been very happy. Saved me from replacing my phone and going to an Apple store.

Product is good overall no problems I just keep needing to replace them because my girlfriend has butterfingers but overall great product no bad comments from over here great job with this product is great quality and the functionality is amazing.

I wish I could give 5 stars because this company has awesome customer service but since I did have an issue with the screen,I couldn't justify it. I bought a replacement screen for my son’s iphone 11 pro and the screen went in easily, worked great and for a reasonable price. Only problem is that it began having issues after a few months.I reached out for a replacement or refund and was told Amazon would handle it. So I contacted Amazon, who’s customer service sucks. I was told that it was beyond 30 days so no refund by the Amazon chat assistant. I escalated the request because I do not think a product that stops working in a few months should be the customer’s issue.The Amazon assistant replied that the product was not the problem and that the issue was with whom installed it and then asked who did the screen replacement. I was in fact the person who installed the screen and thought it was a nice attempt to past the buck but it wasn’t going to fly.Amazon finally agreed to a refund upon return of the screen. I live 45 minutes away from the closest town so I get into town only once a week. 4 days after reaching out to Amazon, I check on my return email. This is when I see that the refund had been changed to a partial refund and that it would expire the next day however I wasn’t able to go into town until the day after.Unhappy with this outcome, I reached out to the company by an email that was included with the screen for customer service issues. I explained how Amazon was handling the situation and they were compassionate and offered a full refund without having to send the screen back to them. And they did it all the same day without any hesitation.Awesome Customer Service! The screen seemed to work great for a while but started to have issues. I can not be certain if this was due to my son or due to a defective screen. But seeing how awesome their customer service is, I would recommend this product because it comes with a quick and easy refund if you do have any issues.It seems like it is harder to find companies that stand by their products and that give a refund if their products do not meet your standards. This is that company. Take note Amazon, this is what your customers expect.

Very nice installation kit included with screen purchase, very detailed installation instructions and 3 year extended warranty, you can’t beat that.

Screens seems to be of great quality, no lag and clear definition. It's definitely better than the last screen that was replaced by a repair shop for $150. It may seem like a daunting task to replace the screen in your IPhone yourself but it is doable. You just need to have patience, a good lighting source, the appropriate tools and possibly a magnifying glass in order to replace the miniscule screw inside the phone.
