Pick up some muslin too.
Everything arrived as advertised. Follow your instructions exactly or the cheese will fail for one reason or another. Be sure to use muslin and not cheese cloth.

I'm not sure if we did it right we couldn't make it. My mom is expert on making cheese. We won't try anymore so much time and we failed. Maybe the product works we couldn't find inaught information about.
