Works exactly as it should. Great product.

The quality of the video is poor. The app is unusable. It keeps disconnecting from camera with the error "Failed to connect to camera". Then the spinning wheel is spinning forever saying "connecting to camera access point", camera keeps making bleeping sound, and nothing happens. I spent hours trying to load the video from camera.It takes over your phone wifi connection disconnecting from the home wifi. Phone must be connected to the camera using both Bluetooth and wifi, camera acts like a hot spot, and phone location GPS must be running. It drains phone battery from 100% to 20% in no time.Bluetooth is needed for camera control and wifi for sending video from camera. Not sure why gps should be running on the phone since camera should have its own gps. When camera app is running, it is not possible to use Google maps on the phone to obtaing driving directions. Camera app is a real masterpiece of art.Just have to constantly fight this camera trying to keep it connected to the phone. Spent long time on the phone with app support person. Instructions for the app were not provided and without explanation it is not possible to set up the app.I do not recommend buying this camera. It is not worth your time troubleshooting all the technical issues with it.

Didn’t come with a micro sd card when one supposed to came with one so can’t set up so can’t give 5 stars

If everything worked, it would be a decent dash cam.Things that don't work:1. You can't view the live video or recordings from your phone on the app. This appears to be a known issue, and for as long as it's been going on, unlikely to get fixed.2. I continue to get the message "Memory card is full. Please format card for space." As per my photo, it is not. I formatted the card again just before this photo to make sure.3. The magnet mount isn't very good. The camera can tilt, but in only one direction, so if you mount it one way for a slanted window, you can only point it up. It is also not the strongest of magnets. A decent bump will make it so it won't connect, but it doesn't fall off.On the plus, if it worked properly it does have decent features when matched with the app...

GREAT LIL DEVICE TO USE PLUS ITS LIKE AN RADAR TO ALERT YOU ON POLICE USING ITS GPS SYSTEM ALERT AND PLUS WHEN IVE ORDER MINES I HAD TO RETURN MISSING MY SMALL DATA CORD AND ADHESIVE STICKER TO HOLD UNIT BUT THIS IS AN GREAT LIL DEVICE TOO INVEST IN AND PLUS WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS WHEN ITS SHOWING WHOM AT FAULT ONLY DOWNFALL IS THE ADHESIVE STICKER THAT COMES WITH THE UNIT, HAD TO ORDER AND SUCTION CUP MOUNT THAT WORKS BEST FOR THE CAMERA SO I CAN MORE AND ADJUST IT ANYTIME I WOULD LIKE AND LASTLY I WILL LIKE TO KNOW HOW WE CAN GET THE SD CARD MICRO TO RECORD MORE ON THE READER THAN THE ONE IT COMES WITH AND CAN SHOW IN THE CLOUD I WILL LIKE TO SEE MORE OF THAT IMPROVED
