Q: Is it bluetooth with the IRX112bt?

Yes the subwoofer is Bluetooth as well, it connects to the other speakers with cables, definitely good quality sound.

Q: How does this compare to the monolith m-15? if it's comparable, i may buy two. looking for a good home theater sub.

Never heard of the speaker above, but if you get two of these subs good luck with not blowing your house up...lol, very loud and powerful subs. Room size should be over 2000sqft for the full experience.

Q: Could / would you put casters on this unit? If so, would put them on the side where the Control panel is & turn over on the normal bottom at gig?

I would not put a subwoofer on casters because it will increase vibration and you surely don't want the subwoofer vibrating. And, for the location, you can set the subwoofer anywhere in the room but as low as possible,preferible on the floor.
