Nice quality solid rack
This thing is SOLID. Lots of redundant reinforcement, which translates to a rock-solid frame once assembled. I'm really impressed by how solid it is. All hardware seems to be of high quality. The casters are nice and stout, and rubberized so they won't be scratching the floor. The rack was packed nicely, and arrived free of dents/bends.My only complaint is the instructions, which I have the bad habit of not using anyhow, so I can't complain too much. For me, the construction quality outweighs the instructions that left me scratching my head a bit. Specifically, the step where you should mount the bottom support is either completely missing, or cryptically ambiguous (I couldn't decide which.) Once I threw them out, things started to go smoothly. I noticed some people complaining about the quantity of included bolts and cage nuts, but I wouldn't expect a product like this to come with any mounting hardware, so the inclusion of a few cage nuts and bolts was a pleasant surprise.Step one: As with everything, throw the instructions out! All kidding aside, I didn't feel the instructions were helpful at all, and the pictures were even a bit misleading. Unwrap all the parts, stare at them, then start getting things together using your best judgement. Because the hardware is all pretty much the same (no different length screws, etc...,) it's hard to screw up. Having said that, it might be a good idea to set aside the bag of cage nuts/bolts, so you're not tempted to use those during assembly.I did notice that while the instructions said that a certain number of allen-head bolts were included, I had exactly half that number, and a bag of bolts that were phillips type. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning I think; I get the feeling the warehouse ran out of allen-head bolts and just gave me the other type to make up for it. I had what I needed, so I'm happy.Last complaint about assembly: There are extra holes on the legs for mounting the vertical rails and the support angles, and the instructions don't mention which holes to use. This comes up twice per leg during assembly, and unless I'm mistaken, the forward-most holes should be used. I don't think any other arrangement would allow the rails to line up with the supports.TIP: wait until you have the unit fully assembled, or at least nearly fully assembled, before tightening any of the bolts (except on the casters.) The holes are machined with tight tolerances, and leaving things loose will save you from having to go back and loosen things in order to get a bolt through its holes. Once assembled, go back through all the bolts at least twice and snug everything up.

Use gravity as your third hand
The quality of the rack is very high. There are EXACTLY the required number of fasteners. Lose a nut or bolt and its off to the hardware store. If you are a man with large hands, assembling the rack will be a challenge. It was for me. The technique I used was to place the rack on a set of 2 low portable work benches and orient the rack so that bolts and nuts are installed vertically. You will be moving the assembly a bit. I balanced the nut on the tip of my middle finger and visually aligned it underneath the attachment hole, then spun the bolt to engage with the nut. The only exception to this technique was for the 4 bolts that engage with the "feet" of the rack to the uprights. Here I had to use a set of flexible mechanical fingers grabbing the bolt head and then used the mechanical fingers to spin the bolt, engaging the bolt into the nutsert of the "feet". With my hands there was no way to get the bolts in here without the mech fingers. I assembled the uprights as per the instructions, but I then chose to attach the diagonal braces to the uprights and then attach the "feet" to the braces and then the "feet" to the uprights. There are two possible choices for attaching the "feet" to the uprights. One position has more of the "feet" in front of the uprights. This limits overturning in that direction. This in turn affects where the braces are attached to the "feet". Gravity is your friend! HTH

Very Well Made
This is a heavy duty rack, it's perfect. I am using it for a VHF Repeater System. Everything went together well, getting to some of the hole locations was a little tricky since I don't have small hands, but I got it together in short order. The only issue to watch out for is that the spacing of the front and rear mounting rails is not standard. Not all shelving will fit all racks. This is a very well made, heavy duty, rack, I would definitely buy another one of these if/when I need another rack.

Nice and easy to customize for needs.
The Rack was a last minute buy because my usual supplier was out of stock. It looked and works great for the IT Application I used it for.

Heavy Duty and Sexy
This was a pain in the @$$ to put together, but it was so worth it. It's a thing of beauty in my music studio. I use it for rackmount synths and it does the job. Built like a tank.

Nice Rack Comes in Damaged
We purchased a few of these racks. The first two or three came in no issues. But after that, we started having issues. The Box would come in torn open or falling apart. The screws/bag of parts were missing in one set. The rack posts all have deep scratches exposing the bare metal with bends and dents. If the product didn't come in damaged it would-be a 5-star product.

Solid rack that’s moveable - but those are some small wheels.
Solid metal construction and well built. Everything fit’s well but does take time to put together. Lost a star for the fairly small wheels on this unit - but it works.

If you need two posts, buy it!
If you need a two post rack, you can't go wrong with this. The innermost bolts are a tad annoying to get installed but otherwise installation was a breeze. I use mine for synthesizers and audio gear mostly. However I also bought a few heavy duty shelves that hold two PCs and a laser printer. Good product!
