I like this vitamin C. It lasts for a year and is a excellent value. This is my 2nd purchase.

This vitamin C is timed-release. This is important because vitamin C is naturally eliminated from the body quickly. The timed-release keeps it working longer than other products that are not timed-release. Also, the capsule form is easier to swallow than a tablet. The 365-capsule size provides a full year's supply. Overall, this is a high-quality product and a good value.

I take Vitamin C every day for general health, and since I don’t eat a lot of citrus fruits, to make certain I make up for any dietary deficiencies. I take one of these in the morning with my other supplements, usually on an empty stomach or with coffee. This medium sized capsule is easy to swallow; no taste or odor, no gastrointestinal side effects. I like this particular supplement for several reasons: - Timed release over several hours - This isn’t a mega dose; I’m not into huge doses of vitamins and supplements - Large bottle at a reasonable price, good value - I like the formula, includes Acerola (Barbados Cherry) and Rose Hips

I chose this supplement both because of its quality and that it’s slowly released as it boosts my immune system response.

After reading that timed-release vitamin C works better, I got this Purely Holistic 1000mg time-released C. I like it. Bonus is that this once-daily comes in a bottle of 365, so for a decent price you get a whole-year supply.
