It looks tidy. it's easy to use. It packs surprisingly small yet fits the hitch with ease. My jockey wheel sits very high when the caravan is in storage and it's no issue at all. For the money you can't ask for more. Only just received the item so only time will tell on how long it will last but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't.

fantastic product
This hitchlock is SO much better than our old one: very sturdy, fits our new caravan towing hitch perfectly & is easy-peasy to lock with a strong key. We wanted it before we went away & it came very promptly. We are delighted: well done guys!

Quality Control lacking - non-functional product
Would give 0 stars if possible, but 1 will have to do. Quality Control seems to be missing. The lockbox arrived quick, but when test-fitting it to the trailer, it doesn't lock. The "teeth" doesn't grip enough to turn the key. Took it off the trailer, and tested to lock the bolt, no success. Either the box is 1.5mm to thick, or the lockpin is 1.5mm to short. For one of the more expensive trailer hitch locks on the market, you would expect that it would be some form of QC.
