You get what you pay for. Bought as a present. The pendulum is extremely lightweight and there is no cover for the battery compartment at the back. The tunes sounds horrendous and tinny so make sure you turn the volume right down and set to just chime. The instructions are confusing and it still doesnt chime on the hour despite resetting it again. Having said all that it looks nice up on the wall

I couldn't get it to strike the correct hour so I gave up and switched off the chime. Poor instructions. Still it looks good but silent.

Beautiful clock. Worth every penny. I gave this as a Christmas gift; it was very well received.

I ordered this clock as a gift from the kids for mom. The first one arrived and it was a few days before I unpacked the box. As I went to slide the clock out, the top decorative piece cone right off. Looking at it, it was barely attached to begin with. I called Amazon and explained the situation to them. They provided me with a credit and luckily the clock was still on sale. When I received the credit, I ordered again and this time checked the clock when the new one arrived. It was built better. Set up went fairly easily. The manufacturer had emailed instructions to me and there was a set included in the clock body as well. I did end up having to push the SET button in the first part of the instructions to get things working, and I fiddled a bit with the second hand to get it closer to the hour chime. The clock takes 4 batteries and the second set seemed to get the second hand running. We have the chime at half volume and it is plenty loud there. Other than that, and so far, we are happy with the clock.

This vmarketing wall clock is nice. The setup was a bit of a challenge but the instructions are actually decent. You must pay close to the instructions and do as the instructions say. YouTube is not your friend when it comes to this wall clock. I have learned that physically moving the hour hand will cause the hand to slip out of socket, and once this happens you now have a non functioning wall piece. If you follow the instructions it will be a nice addition to your area you choose for it. I have to say the battery box is difficult to access. It does keep time well. The value for the money is great for me. It does what it suppose to and I’m happy with my purchase. Thanks Amazon!

Wunderschöne wanduhr. Man sollte vielleicht auch eine deutsche Betriebsanleitung mutsenden da nicht jeder vor allem ältere kein Englisch können. Ansonsten kann ich mir empfehlen
