Follow the instructions that are provided carefully
Excellent item, handsome and really easy on the eye. Follow the instructions carefully when setting the chime and you won’t go far wrong !

nicely made clock for the hallway at an acceptable price .

OK but not great quality
You get what you pay for. Bought as a present. The pendulum is extremely lightweight and there is no cover for the battery compartment at the back. The tunes sounds horrendous and tinny so make sure you turn the volume right down and set to just chime. The instructions are confusing and it still doesnt chime on the hour despite resetting it again. Having said all that it looks nice up on the wall

Love this clock keeps good time and looks great

Looks good but the sound quality is poor.
I couldn't get it to strike the correct hour so I gave up and switched off the chime. Poor instructions. Still it looks good but silent.
