Always on the look out for a natural supplement reinforced by good feedback with multiple benefits, especially something that helps digestion as that’s seems to be my thing during peri to menopause transition. Started these and initially I thought they didn’t agree with me as I kept coming over quite tired and sluggish in waves but i suspect that was just an initial reaction as they entered my system after about 3 days it subsided and since then no ill effects and 2 things stand out. My digestion seems much better and oddly my nails have started to grow. I’m feeling less sluggish now and sleep has become easier and although I still wake in the night I seem able to get back off. As to long term health benefits I can’t comment yet but initially I’m on board and will continue to take for these benefits alone. I hope to comment again if I see other benefits long term, fingers crossed
