I've used Laura Gellar products for years. Her primers are the best. I have fair skin and this slight tint compliments my skin well. I've also used the regular primer and hydrating primer. Love them all but this one is my favorite. It's lightweight and makes my makeup look better longer.

Meh. It’s good but with all the hype and the word “spackle,”, I expected something ridiculously unique and wrinkle-filling. . I got the bronze and that does have a nice color to it and leaves a nice dewy glow. It’s “ok” as a primer but beautiful when used as an everyday moisturizer when you don’t want to wear any or very little make-up. Don’t get me wrong. It’s good but I have a feeling there’s stuff out there I’d like better.

I just love all of the Laura Geller spackle primers that I’ve tried so far. The spackle primer Diamond is my absolute favorite right now. It’s an illuminating primer that is perfect for mature skin. It’s great at minimizing pores and fine lines. It’s also very hydrating for the skin because it contains hyaluronic acid and it also has squalane and echinacea that helps to both moisturize the skin and boost collagen production. It gives you a very subtle illuminating effect that just beautifully highlights your face even underneath your foundation, which I love. I highly recommend this primer.

I really liked how the product felt after application and it did allow my foundation to apply more smoothly, however, about halfway through the day I noticed it was settling into fine lines and wrinkles making them more visible than when wearing my foundation alone. Not worth using it if I have to touch up my makeup sooner with it than without it.

This review is for AURA GELLER NEW YORK Spackle Primer - Ethereal Rose Glow. As a primer, I would give this only 3-4 stars. For those of us with dryer skin (especially in Winter), this primer is not be substantial enough. My Winter skin sucked it in so I gained no moistening benefit. HOWEVER, as a no 'make-up day' skin finishing product, this is awesome. If in a hurry, I'll cleans , moisturize and wear this spackle alone (no foundation). It offers just enough color, glow and moisture that I need nothing else. My skin does suck up the moisture but I'm left with a barely there glow that blurs imperfections without looking garish. There are no sparkles whatsoever. And unlike other "glow" products, I've had no reactions whatsoever. One other tip...if you have a liquid matte foundation that is too matte for Winter or if you just want to make one more "glowy". Add a 1/2 teaspoon of this to the foundation for a radiant finish.

This stuff is GOLD!! Just very nice goes on very smooth. Makes my Laura Geller color correcting foundation powder makeup go on soooo smooth and even. Before I discovered this product my powder just did not seem to look nice on me. I had read all the reviews and I knew it should look better than it did or more what I wanted it to look like on me!! It mades it buildable!!! If u know makeup u will understand that statement if not google it!! Highly recommend this to older ladies to use with her color correcting foundation makeup!!! Makes all the difference!! Value was worth the price! Oh and u must have that slanted brush she sells as well.

Useless. Complete waste of money. Pump is nonfunctional but unfortunately for me, I didn’t think to check the pump on a brand new bottle (silly, right?! I felt safe with tamper proof packaging.) I waited until my old primer was empty to start this one, 5 weeks after ordering, just to find myself SOL. I made SURE I wasn’t purchasing from some third party seller that profit off of junk, only directly from Geller. Contacted Amazon, was told “sorry, too late! Try the brand directly.” I reach out to the brand. Was told “sorry, we can’t offer anything since you purchased off Amazon. Try Amazon cs.” Seriously?! It’s almost as if they there was a script to blame each other. It’s my fault for not ripping it open and checking to be sure I could actually get to the primer. I bought from LAURA GELLER’s official store on Amazon to avoid any issues when in reality, LAURA GELLER *IS* the issue here. Horrible customer service from a brand I used to love. Absolutely buyer beware! Learn from my mistake. I’ll be moving on and thanks Laura for the reminder that money will always trump taking care of a customer. *hat tip*

This is great I use under my make up and on its own as makes my skin glow and feels nice on. Leave my skin feeling soft after removal too.

I usually have a hard time with facial products due to scents but this is great! Goes on smoothe, not greasy feeling and can apply powder pretty much instantly and not have to wait.
