My favorite wrap for pin relief…
I love this wrap. It’s totally different than the regular gel wraps. Not as bone chilling cold but stays very cold for a long time. The cover is a neat fabric too. Wish there were more sizes.

Works well and lasts a long time. Well made.
I prefer the clay ice packs to the gel packs as the clay can go into the freezer and stays very cold for 30 minutes then will remain a comfortable cold for another 30 minutes. You have time to move it to another area of pain, say from back to thigh or knee, whatever needs cold pain relief. This is my second one. My first one has lasted over 10 years and still performs well. I have only used it for cold therapy, not hot.

These packs chill quickly and hold the cold while in use. Well made and easy to use. Worth the money.

Ice pack
Absolutely best Ice pack just recently had knee replacement surgery and use this ice pack more than the ice machine that I have purchased. It stays cold a long time and it stays contour to your body part they recommend.

Works well, retains cold for a long time. Awkward to attach the strap which holds the compress on your body (shoulder injury), so any sudden movements the pad moves. Since the strap is elastic and there is no way of tightening it, this is a problem.
