I often have Bach ache in the morning and calf muscle pain in the evening, using this for 15 days and found it quite relaxing. The heat generated is enough for quick relief. The product is robust and can be used with own convenience. It's auto turning off after 15 min cycle and auto rotation reversal of balls in ever 1 min interval is awesome feature.Verdict: worth buying

Packing was damaged and hold on together with cello tape. Apart from that the massager itself was not working.. I decided to buy this seeing good reviews but totally disappointed.. As the product is non refundable, so I have put up an exchange order.. Will update once it's exchanged.. Let's see what I receive in exchange, hopefully a functional massager.Update- Received a brand new massager two days later. Thanks Amazon for fast delivery. Massager is functioning. Will update once I use it for a week. For now I am changing from one Star to 3 star as per initial impression.

Absolute waste of money.. Do not buy this. Reason why not to buy:1. The machine was delivered the next day. However this is made for people who have really giant hands. Not suitable for Human beings.2. It is not a possibility to create return. Absolute waste of money.3. It hurts you more than it massages you. so please if you want weracked musles buy it.4. Amazon helpcentre people wont even return it. Its more irritating.
