I wear an impossible size for pants, and wasn’t expecting these to fit. I went with a size xl instead of large…they fit like a glove! The insane detail and beautiful feeling of them as well? Insane! I cannot say enough good about them! It’s only been a day wearing them, but they survived a renaissance fair. I can’t speak to how long they’ll last, but so far so good. Great value!

DO NOT BUY THESE A SIZE UP. I normally would wear a medium based on my measurements and would have bought them in that size, but I bought them in large because other reviewers said they fit snug. They really, really don't. These are at least two sizes too big for me. Amazon itself even suggested that I buy them in XL. Absolutely ridiculous.I have no use for these. I'm probably just going to have to cut my losses and either throw them away or donate them to a thrift store. I had considered returning them for a smaller size, but I had an event coming up and I couldn't really afford to sit around and wait and hope that the new pair would come in time. Crossing my fingers that they'd just shrink in the dryer, I took off the tag and threw away the packaging. Turns out they're just fine in the dryer and they didn't shrink even slightly. I had to cancel my event appearance in the end because I had no pants to wear. Oh well.I'm giving these a good review because the quality is good and the fabric is very soft and surprisingly robust. I just wish I could actually wear them. Even with a belt, they're just bulky and look terrible on me, and I can't be bothered to sit and go through the effort of tailoring them to be tighter when the event for which I'd have worn them has already come and gone.And all I have to show for it is a hole in my wallet and an oversized lump of worthless fabric on top of my dresser. At least the fabric is pretty.Just trust your gut and ignore all the people who claim they're tight. You'll thank yourself later. Wish I could say the same for myself.

Product is true to size. Nice cut and fit. Material is not as heavy as I thought it would be, but being its not a daily wearer it should last a while. Red accents were more orange which was a bit disappointing. Overall not bad.

Great fit, I prefer a tighter fit so went down a size, almost to short, but works with boots. I got it for the Goth Masquerade at Club Necromancy, got the matching vest. I'll be wearing it for many events, great material

I bought these for my boyfriend and the cut is nice but was not expecting the pattern to be as visible as it was.

Purchased for a production of "Hamlet". We wanted something that had some visual texture, but allowed full mobility for the actor. Success!

It fit my fiancee perfectly. And there are toggles on either side to tighten it, so that you can wear it without a belt.

I got these last minute for an event and opted for XL in case they run small (for reference, most of my jeans are 32-34 waist, but I've had to go up to 36 with some brands).Turns out the pants don't run small, and I had to take them in a bit in order not to look awkwardly baggy around the hip/thigh area! If I had more time, I probably would exchange the XL for a regular L - however, I like them enough that I am considering buying another pair and seeing how the L fits. I can't say how well these pants hold up for everyday wear yet, but judging by the quality so far, I think they will make a great addition to my eccentric wardrobe! The fabric is lightweight but still feels durable, and the stitching is all very good quality; definitely higher than what you'd find at a typical halloween/costume shop. Plus, they just look really nice - the black one is definitely not tacky or too over-the-top for casual wear, but still has just the right amount of elegance to bring a costume together at the same time.

They were really good I bought them for prom but they were a little big and the buttons aren't the best .They were very conformable and made of a great material.

It's a pretty thin fabric, which is good for if you wanna wear it in warm weather but it may also rip easily if caught on something so being careful is a must
